With over 15 years of experience leading strategic alliances teams in the human capital management space, Ginny's business development, product, and strategy expertise helps technology companies drive revenue, demand generation, and growth to reach strategic objectives. Ginny believes in a people first culture and creating a partnership strategy that supports the people who are the core of our customers' success. Most recently Ginny was the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Versapay. Previously, Ginny was also the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances at UKG and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at When I Work. Ginny received her BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA at the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. She has also completed a Legal Essentials for Business Leaders certificate program at Cornell University. Ginny lives in Charleston, SC with her two children. When she's not working, you'll find her enjoying time outside on the water, traveling as much as possible, or enjoying the culinary arts. Ginny is an avid reader of all genres of books but her favorites are nonfiction and memoirs. Ginny enjoys attending sporting events of all kinds but is very loyal to the best shade of blue…Tar Heel blue!

Katy is a seasoned product leader with deep experience with Employ and the Jobvite brand. Specializing in AI and analytics, Katy’s knowledge helps steer the Employ product vision to enrich the customer experience. Her previous experience as a senior consultant at KSM Consulting, saw Katy providing deep insights in the business intelligence field. She was also a practice manager for infrastructure managed services at Virtusa. Graduating from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, Katy holds a Bachelor of Science with specialties in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, and Mathematics. Katy is also avid volunteer, Katy dedicates her spare time serving non-profit organizations, including acting as the president of the board for the John Boner Neighborhood Centers.
